Torch Subscription Form

"Many members have inquired as to the frequency of the Torch. We are on schedule to print seven issues per year. We will continue to provide it online, but now we can offer a printed version only if members choose to subscribe for a yearly fee of $14.00. That will cover the cost of printing and mailing. If you are interested in subscribing to a printed version of the Torch, please print and fill out the form below, or call the International Office at (816)444-6800. Credit cards preferred.
